HP OmniBook Ultra Flip review: Everyone should buy this

Every time HP launches a new Spectre x360, it jumps to the top of our best laptops list after I review it. It’s now called the OmniBook Ultra Flip, and this year’s model is not only just as good, it’s better.
It has a similar unique design to previous generations, with a better OLED display and a top-notch keyboard. But what really makes it shine is Intel’s Lunar Lake processors, which bring unprecedented performance to the platform HP OmniBook Ultra Flip Laptop Battery The 2.8K OLED screen also has a 120Hz refresh rate, so it’s super smooth. This is the best laptop display you can buy. The keyboard is excellent, which is unique to HP. The keys don’t wobble, feel comfortable, are quiet, and are accurate. I should also mention that it meets the requirements for Copilot+, although that feature suite isn’t available for x86 PCs (outside of the Insider Program) just yet. As I mentioned in my OmniBook Ultra review, HP does have its own AI features, and they’re really cool. This base model comes with a Core Ultra 5, 16GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage. The machine HP sent me was a Core Ultra 7 288V with 32GB of RAM and 2TB of storage. HP is rebranding its entire consumer portfolio as OmniBook, so the OmniBook Ultra Flip is the direct successor to the Spectre x360

Asus ZenBook Duo (2025) review: A uniquely tall laptop with double the display fun

charge lasted about seven to eight hours. That gets me through most workdays, but I’ll definitely need to find an outlet before dinner. This laptop comes with a 65W charger.
The Duo features a full-size keyboard and trackpad that are sandwiched between the two screens when the laptop is closed. This makes it much more convenient to carry around.
The Duo’s keyboard is also better than the Lenovo Yogabook 9i’s. As mentioned, it’s a full-size keyboard sandwiched between two screens for easy portability, but the advantages don’t stop there. Notably, the Duo’s keyboard is backlit, which makes typing in low-light environments much easier. Both displays are 14-inch touchscreens with a resolution of 2,880×1,800 and feature Asus Lumina OLED panels
When using both displays,Asus ZenBook Duo Laptop Battery life does take a hit, but that’s to be expected. I was able to get through a full workday using both screens without having to reach for a charger, which I think is a strength of the Duo. It might look a little unstable at first glance, but the stand is very sturdy and holds the laptop up well.
On the side of the laptop, there’s a full-size HDMI 2.1 port, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 port, and two USB-C Thunderbolt ports (with DP and PD support). There’s also a 3.5mm headphone jack. All in all, it’s an impressive I/O array for a laptop like this, and it allowed me to connect Cevaton’s dual-monitor laptop screen extender.

AMAZFIT ACTIVE 2 review: The best smartwatch yet

A good smartwatch will tell you basic health data and provide some notifications. A great smartwatch will add some extra features, such as a smart assistant or a speaker that lets you take calls on the watch. Truly great smartwatches come at a reasonable price. By these standards, the Amazfit Active 2 smartwatch is really great.

It’s important to remember that for most of my review, I was using beta software to connect the Amazfit Active 2 smartwatch to the OnePlus 13 I recently reviewed. Since this smartwatch was only recently released, the beta version is required to even connect to the phone.
The Watch Active 2 has a round dial and a silver bezel. Two buttons decorate the side of the watch. There’s a stopwatch-style scale around the inner ring of the bezel that displays the seconds in 10-second increments up to 60 seconds
The bezel, by the way, is stainless steel and very durable. It has a 1.32-inch AMOLED touchscreen that is beautiful and responsive. It is covered with sapphire glass. It charges quickly too, and the dedicated charger is easy to use, but it is small enough that you might lose it if you don’t plug it in. It tracks all the usual stats like sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, and skin temperature. You also get one-touch monitoring that shows your heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, and stress after a 45-second measurement. I noticed that it was nowhere near as sensitive as my Oura ring when it came to tracking sleep and workouts. The Active 2 just assumes that if you are in bed, you are sleeping, but anyone with sleep issues knows that’s not always the case.
