The Framework Laptop has always had a reflective glossy display, but not everyone likes it. Now, the new Framework Laptop 13 has a matte display option, which is less reflective and easier to read in all lighting conditions. Beyond that, not much has changed. The resolution remains at 2256×1504, with a brightness of 400 nits. It still lacks touch support.
Also, the display features a new hinge and speakers underneath. A new hinge kit is available for purchase to improve the screen’s usability and prevent it from wobbling.
