Xiaomi has launched the 17 series, consisting of three models: the 17, 17 Pro, and 17 Pro Max. It aims to compete with Apple with powerful cameras, secondary displays, and large batteries.
The Xiaomi 17 boasts a 7,000mAh Xiaomi 17 Smartphone Battery.sets a new record for battery capacity in a 6.3-inch flagship phone, breaking the 7,000mAh barrier for the first time in this size.

The Mi 17 Pro features a 6.3-inch display and a 6,300 mAh Xiaomi 17 Pro battery, while the Mi 17 Pro Max has a 6.9-inch display and a massive 7,500 mAh Xiaomi 17 Pro Max battery.
The standard Mi 17 has the same chipset and cameras, but lacks a rear screen. Surprisingly, the Mi 17 smartphone battery has a larger capacity than the Mi 17 Pro, at 7,000 mAh. Xiaomi used this to compare it to the iPhone 17 in a video playback test. All three models support 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging and run Android 16 with HyperOS 3.
The Mi 17 series is the world’s first to feature the fifth-generation Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition, using a third-generation 3nm process and boasting the highest clock speed ever on a mobile platform, 4.6GHz. It’s powered by a 7,000 mAh Xiaomi Jinshajiang battery.
